Welcome to allofair. By browsing or purchasing from our site, you agree to these Terms of Service.
The studio
allofair sells handmade quilled paper art and related framed pieces. Products are made to order unless a listing says otherwise. Colors may look slightly different on different screens; ask us if you need more photos before buying.
Orders & pricing
- Placing an order is an offer to buy; we confirm when payment succeeds and we accept the order
- Prices are shown in the store currency at checkout and may change for future orders
- We reserve the right to cancel an order for suspected fraud, payment failure, or stock / production issues — if we cancel after payment, we refund you
Shipping
Orders ship from our studio in China. Processing and transit times, rates, customs responsibility, and packaging are described in our Shipping & Returns policy. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees.
Cancellations
You may cancel for a full refund within 3 hours of placing your order by emailing [email protected] with your order number. After that window, production may have started and cancellation is not guaranteed.
Returns, damage & replacements
- We do not accept returns or exchanges of correct made-to-order items
- Damaged or incorrect items: we replace them free when you contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging — see Shipping & Returns
Intellectual property
Product photos, designs, and site content belong to allofair or our licensors. You may not copy or resell our designs or images without written permission.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, allofair is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site or delay in delivery. Our responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
